gobble gobble
so skiing was SUPER SUPER SUPER fun. i discovered some blue bruises on my butt from falling on top of my poles, but i can't wait to go again! possibly as soon as this weekend! =)
now i'm super excited to see how my baking creations turn out. i'm trying out all new recipes for the potluck tomorrow, and i hope they are yummy! ok, happy thanksgiving everybody!!

so i ran out of time and didn't make as much as i hoped (like a apple-pecan tart), but the biggest hit was the mashed sweet potato casserole. it had half covered in marshmellows and the other half in a pecan/crunchy cobbler-like topping. I also made a chocolate-pecan-coconut pie...with a homemade crust!
the potluck was excellent! we had so much fun. great food, fun people, amusing games... we ended the night w/ a movie and walking off the food with a midnight stroll around downtown and the piers. =)
